Food Link MA needed photography for their capital campaign materials that reflected the inner workings of daily operations, as well as highlighted the differentiating factors of their business model - fresh food (vs. nonperishables) and customized deliveries based on clients' dietary, cultural and lifestyle preferences (vs. homogenized one size fits all). Food Link MA is a non-profit organization that rescues fresh food, alleviates hunger, and contributes to environmental sustainability. They collect high-quality fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, bread and prepared foods that would otherwise be wasted from 24 local grocery and prepared food stores, and distribute it to 42 social service agencies. Food Link is opening a new facility, more suitable for their needs, which will allow them to accept additional food donations, rather than turning them away. Ultimately, broadening their capacity to serve more people.
